Like to buy and sell things? E-Bay would be for you. And yes, there are e-Bay sellers making a nice income by scavenging through yard sales, estate sales and their own garages and then listing them in an auction. EBay does have seller fees that can be covered by your first sales or out of your $25 start-up funds.

If you already understand the ins and outs of running a website, then this is a fun online business to start. If you have a flair for writing, niche or expert knowledge and you want to talk to millions of people, try blogging. I love it. Writing, for me, has been a godsend. There are free blogging services that you can use on their domains or your own domain. Or you can choose to blog for someone else.
Online Photographer
Have a digital camera and know how to use it? Dreamstime, Fotolia, ShutterStock and iStockphoto are all places that you can upload photos and when someone wants one, they will pay for it.
Online Retailer of Goods
Note: Starting this business online takes inventory, but getting it going if you have inventory is budgeted at less than $25. Selling your handmade good online is a good business if your handmade goods aren't a dime a dozen with others that sell handmade goods. Look into signature items that you can market with your own flair. You can set up your store on Etsy, a place for handmade goods or Shopify for any type of goods.
